    • Unit 1

      Unit 1 (28 Beginners classes). These basic poses will help to relieve tension and improve flexibility. Unit 1 is suitable for complete beginners. Unit 1 consists of modules 5-8.

      Each Unit contains poses for different levels of flexibility.  For STANDARD flexibility, our Pink tutor shows modified variations and for HIGH flexibility our white tutor shows classic poses . See images left for examples of modified and classic poses taught in this Unit.

    • Unit 2

      Unit 2 (28 Beginners classes). Introduces a good range of poses with the emphasis on building strength and mobility. Unit 2 is suitable for students who have completed the previous Unit or who have 3-6 months yoga experience. Unit 2 consists of modules 9-12.

    • Unit 3

      Unit 3 (28 Intermediate classes). Introduces some of the deeper and more demanding actions in the body. Unit 3 is suitable for students who have 6-12 months yoga experience or who have covered previous Units and are confident with the poses. Unit 3 consists of modules 13-16.

    • Unit 4

      Unit 4 (28 Intermediate classes). Extends the work of the basic poses. Deep hip openings are taught for the more demanding postures to come. This Unit is suitable for students who have been regularly practising yoga for 12-18 months or who have covered previous Units and are confident with the poses in those Units. Unit 4 consists of modules 17-20.

    • Unit 5

      Unit 5 (28 Established classes). This and Unit 6 introduce some of the more demanding postures. This Unit is suitable for students who have been regularly practising yoga for 18-24 months or who have covered previous Units and are confident with the poses in those Units. Unit 5 consists of modules 21-24.

      Unit 6 (28 Established classes). This and Unit 5 introduce some of the more demanding postures. This Unit is suitable for students who have been regularly practising yoga for 24-36 months or who have covered previous Units and are confident with the poses in those Units. Unit 6 consists of modules 25-28.

      Unit 7 (28 Advanced classes). This and Unit 8 develop some of the more demanding postures. This Unit is suitable for students who have been regularly practising yoga for 36-42 months or who have covered previous Units and are confident with the poses in those Units. Unit 7 consists of modules 29-32.
